Distance Sales Agreement

This agreement sets out the main terms for reservations and service purchases made through the website.

Parties

The service provider is Hoof Country Club; the buyer is the person completing a reservation or membership transaction through the website.

Subject

This agreement covers the rights and obligations related to residential summer camp, one-time riding lessons and selected extra services.

Service Information

Service date, scope, price, selected extra services and payment information are shown during the reservation steps and on the payment page.

Payment

Reservations are completed by bank transfer/EFT. Due to limited availability, reservations without timely payment notice and payment review may be cancelled.

Performance

The service is performed physically at the facility on the selected camp session or lesson date. The user is responsible for accurate reservation information.

Withdrawal and Cancellation

The right of withdrawal may be limited for accommodation, dated events and leisure services under applicable law. Cancellation and refund terms are stated separately.

Disputes

The parties will first seek a good-faith resolution. Legal rights and application channels remain reserved.
